Other than this website, where do you sell your work? Many of the  items I make are for sale on this site, however I make many more pieces than I will ever have the time to post and list on this site. I am often on the road  displaying and selling my handcrafted jewelry through art and craft festivals. Can I purchase directly from this site? Yes! You may purchase directly from the site.  If you would like to see what items are available to ship immediately, feel free to contact me!

How quickly will my piece be shipped? If in stock, jewelry will be shipped immediately after payment confirmation via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If not in stock, it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Once I receive an order,  I  will contact you with my current time frame. If you have any questions or prefer another shipping method, please contact me.

What are your materials? My work is made from a combination of dichroic and optical glass, sterling silver, and gemstones.  All the gemstones are genuine and I try not to use any that have been dyed or irradiated. They are NOT crystals or rhinestones.

How do I know my Bracelet size? To measure your wrist, you can wrap a string or paper around your wrist and measure the exact size. Do not add to this measurement, as I know how to scale the bracelet to fit. Adding to the measurement will result in a bracelet that is too large. I will always make size adjustments free of charge for up to 3 months after the date of purchase.

Help! I broke my piece! Can you fix it? I stand behind my work 100%, and will do complimentary repairs within one year of the date of original purchase.



Can I return a purchase if I change my mind? Although no full refunds are offered, exchanges are gladly accepted within two weeks, so buy a gift with confidence! Any custom orders/commissions  are non-refundable & non-returnable.

 Do you ever offer coupon codes? Yes! Throughout the year I periodically  send coupon codes to my mailing list and my facebook followers, so be sure to sign up to receive them!
