Whenever you shop with Debra Adelson (in our art show booth, online, or by phone) we obtain the information from you that we need to complete your transaction. To improve our web site, we may collect non-personal information about how users navigate through the site. In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies as UPS, USPS and FedEx. In no instance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose.

Please note, the information we gather in part depends on how you are utilizing the different aspects of our website:

• My Account – This allows you to create a personal shopping account with DebraAdelson.com which will make online shopping faster and easier. We will store your shipping address so that you don’t have to enter it each time you shop. Your registered information will be securely stored with us, and you can add, delete, or change your registered information at any time using your password. In creating this account, you authorize DebraAdelson.com to store your name, email address, telephone number and shipping addresses. This is for your convenience only. The information is not used for any other purpose. Additionally, please note that when you log in to see previous orders we utilize cookies to be able to retrieve this information. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website that is saved on your hard drive by your computer's browser. You may disable cookies on your browser. Please review your browser’s instructions for doing so.
• Mailing List – DebraAdelson.com gives you the option to be added to our mailing list in order to receive emails regarding new products, promotions and events. Whether or not you select this option, your personal information will never be shared with or sold to anyone. Additionally, subscriptions to the mailing list can be cancelled at any time.

While we do not use an ecommerce program to process credit cards we still go to the same lengths to secure your personal information. We will wait to make sure that we have your entire order in stock and then process your credit card charge by hand.

Debra is usually in her studio and available to answer any questions from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00pm unless she is on the road at a show. A list of show dates is available on the site as well.
