All of the pieces featured on this site are made individually, one at a time. No molds are used for either the acrylic or the silver. Therefore pieces ordered may vary slighty from those pictured. If you are concerned, please contact Debra directly.
Shipping
Debra ships all orders via the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation unless another courrier is requested.
Turn Around Time
Most orders are shipped within a three week time period, however, all pieces are made to order, and some pieces may take longer. If you need your order for a specific date, please indicate that.
Gift Orders
Gifts shipped directly to the recipient will be sent gift wrapped with a gift card. Please include any information that you would like written on your gift card.
Returns or Exchanges
Debra wishes all her customers to be satisfied with their orders. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please call or email Debra directly. All exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note that there are no refunds on jewelry sales or custom orders.

Due to the quickly increasing price of silver, prices are subject to change. The prices on this website may not be accurate due to the nature of the commodities market. If a price change occurs, you will be contacted before your order is processed.
