From my ‘Shallow Pool Series’…I’m experimenting with the concept of creating compositions with volume by piling the elements in a seemingly haphazard way—-but is in fact pretty deliberate. I am captivated by the fusion of diverse, distinct elements that harmonize seamlessly—melding natural components with those I’ve created. In this series, I carve the glass to mirror the nuanced texture of a water's surface, introducing an additional stratum of depth and fascination to the final piece.
